Karen is your resident insurance guru. When it comes to understanding the complexities, oddities, and nuances of insurance, she’s your gal! She has spent the last 6 years learning the ins and outs of dental insurance and ensures her patients’ insurance is following through for them. It’s not a pretty job, but someone has to do it! Patients love her because she’s so kind and understanding, especially when insurance can be particularly frustrating. When you have questions about your insurance, Karen has the answers.
When she’s not at her desk, Karen likes to stay active! She loves going to the gym, playing basketball, and spending time with her brothers and mother, with whom she is very close. To wind down, she’ll cozy up with a good book or listen to her favorite music.

Edwin is an expanded duties dental assistant (EDDA) who has been working alongside doctors to help transform smiles for the past 7 years. He received his education and certifications through the PIMA Medical Institute and has developed a passion for the life-changing process of creating new smiles for patients.
Nadine is an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA), and you can find her working alongside Dr. Rojas for routine dental procedures. Having been in dentistry for 15 years, she earned her EDDA certification from PIMA Medical Institute and has spent the last decade honing her skills, which has certainly paid off! Her patients love her gentle touch and calm demeanor.
Nadine loves building relationships with her patients and teammates. When you come to the dental office, team members like Nadine become like family—walking alongside you on your journey toward a healthier smile.
When she’s not in the office, Nadine enjoys embarking on adventures with her son and her dog, Champ (with the CUTEST floppy ears! He’s lucky he’s cute and charming—it makes up for his stubbornness). She can also be found working hard in the gym, reading a captivating book, or browsing through the local thrift stores.
Dayanara Flores is a skilled Dental Assistant dedicated to supporting both patients and the clinical team with care and efficiency. She helps ensure each appointment runs smoothly while prioritizing patient comfort and a positive experience. Dayanara is passionate about delivering high-quality support and staying attentive to every detail. Her friendly demeanor makes patients feel at ease throughout their visit.
Kiana is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with a passion for helping others through dentistry. Growing up without access to good dental care gave her a profound understanding of how life-changing it can be to find a caring dental team that improves your oral health and overall confidence.
