JORGE ROJAS, DDS
Dr. Jorge Rojas is a highly experienced dentist, having been in dentistry for the past 20 years. It’s been nearly 5 years since he moved himself and his wife to Colorado and took the helm at Monarch Family Dental. Known for his impeccable ability to connect with his patients, Dr. Rojas cares deeply about making his patients feel comfortable, and ensuring their dental experience a surprisingly pleasant one. His patients always compliment his gentle hand, especially throughout the numbing process!
He is blessed to be surrounded and supported by his amazing wife, two beautiful daughters, and the two goodest pups in the world, Pepper and Petey! When he’s not traveling or going on mission trips to provide dental work to parts of the world that lack access, he loves being home with his family and serving the wonderful community of Westminster!
Dr. Rojas received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.

Parviz Razkani, RDH
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Parviz is an outstanding dental hygienist, who is regarded for being a gentle and thorough hygienist. From the young age of 17, Parviz discovered his love for helping people while working at his uncle’s dental office as a dental assistant. He loved helping people through dentistry, and after 6 years as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) he graduated from Dental Hygiene school with his AAS.
He loves connecting with people and takes the time to listen to his patients’ concerns, ensuring they feel heard and comfortable. His goal is always to provide the best dental experience possible. In fact, he receives numerous compliments on what he believes is his best tool with his patients, his communication.
In fact, not only is he good at communicating, but he can also do so in 3 languages: English, Farsi, and Spanish.
When he’s not working, he loves hiking and kayaking with his wife and fur baby on the weekends or catching up with his favorite sports teams as a native Texan: the Huston Astros, the Texans, the Rockets, and Austin FC.

Dental Hygienist
Alyssa is your resident gentle hygienist. Her patients love how patient, compassionate, and thorough she is when providing top-notch cleanings. She has been in dentistry for 13 years and received her bachelor’s in Applied Science from the Community College of Denver. During her schooling, she was acknowledged by the American College of Dentists for academic achievement and outstanding focus on comprehensive dental hygiene. That’s a long way of saying – she’s awesome!
Alyssa’s passion lies in building long-term connections with her patients. She’s a huge advocate for good dental habits and practices because she knows how much dental hygiene can impact her patients’ overall health.
Alyssa grew up in the great state of Colorado and enjoys the outdoor activities the state has to offer alongside her husband and three dogs. They love hiking, skiing, and attending concerts at Red Rocks, which are especially dear to her as she’s also the guitarist in a pop punk band. Writing songs is her second passion after dentistry.
KAREN BERENICE, TOVAR
Insurance Coordinator
Karen is your resident insurance guru. When it comes to understanding the complexities, oddities, and nuances of insurance, she’s your gal! She has spent the last 6 years learning the ins and outs of dental insurance and ensures her patients’ insurance is following through for them. It’s not a pretty job, but someone has to do it! Patients love her because she’s so kind and understanding, especially when insurance can be particularly frustrating. When you have questions about your insurance, Karen has the answers.
When she’s not at her desk, Karen likes to stay active! She loves going to the gym, playing basketball, and spending time with her brothers and mother, with whom she is very close. To wind down, she’ll cozy up with a good book or listen to her favorite music.
NADINE RAMIREZ, EDDA
Dental Assistant
Nadine is an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA), and you can find her working alongside Dr. Rojas for routine dental procedures. Having been in dentistry for 15 years, she earned her EDDA certification from PIMA Medical Institute and has spent the last decade honing her skills, which has certainly paid off! Her patients love her gentle touch and calm demeanor.
Nadine loves building relationships with her patients and teammates. When you come to the dental office, team members like Nadine become like family—walking alongside you on your journey toward a healthier smile.
When she’s not in the office, Nadine enjoys embarking on adventures with her son and her dog, Champ (with the CUTEST floppy ears! He’s lucky he’s cute and charming—it makes up for his stubbornness). She can also be found working hard in the gym, reading a captivating book, or browsing through the local thrift stores.
KIANA STOCKMASTER, CDA
Dental Assistant
Kiana is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with a passion for helping others through dentistry. Growing up without access to good dental care gave her a profound understanding of how life-changing it can be to find a caring dental team that improves your oral health and overall confidence.
Her patients notice her confidence while working alongside Dr. Rojas, and she loves seeing how happy they are once they’ve seen their new smile.
Kiana is continuing her passion for dentistry by furthering her education and working to become a dental hygienist. She’s eager to become a top provider for those who have lacked access to dental care.
A musician in her spare time, Kiana enjoys playing bass and winding down with crochet while snuggling with her two guinea pigs.
MALLORY, EDDA
Dental Assistant
Mallory is an expanded duties dental assistant (EDDA) and has been in the dental field for over a decade. Having received her degrees from Heritage Community College, Mallory has spent many years honing her skills to work alongside Dr. Rojas and ensure your procedures go as smoothly as possible.
Native to Colorado, she’s the mom of two boys, and loves spending time with them, their two dogs and two cats. She and her husband are avid gym-goers, and the family loves exploring new places and trying new foods and restaurants across Colorado.
